Quality and excellence
serving a complex and generous terroir

Spread over several municipalities in the East of the Chablis wine-growing area (Béru, Chablis, Chemilly-sur-Serein, Fleys, Poilly-sur-Serein), and planted exclusively with Chardonnay vines, the Domaine Soupé's parcelling plan is divided up over nearly 8 kilometres, revealing the unique potential of each of these climates.

Carte Climats de Chablis

The distribution of the vines, which are 25 years old on average, offers a nice balance and rich diversity, thanks to a range of parcels with the Petit Chablis and Chablis appellations, as well as Premiers Crus and Grand Cru appellations.

On the Domaine's oldest vines,  Chablis and Chablis Premier Cru in particular, Frédéric and Jean-Michel select the grapes parcel by parcel to reveal the best expression of these terroirs, symbols of the family tradition.
